There are 4 types of thoughts
Positive- good for you, good for others, good
for the world
Negative- only good for one of the above
Damaging - regrets, anger
Ordinary- everyday management- must do this, etc
The feelimgs in your body will tell you of negative thoughts
Watch for obstructions to positive thinking- news, bubbles
From research, it is proven that all of us are seeking
Love
Peace
Joy
Strength
Wisdom
( so appreciate this- visualise this need- when you come across another person in the mall, on the train, in traffic, plus) Are you giving light to all who come in contact with you?....Are you dropping light into the most negative scenarios? Your light will get there..it's powerful
Who are you? The roles you play, like parent and employer. teacher, student? Or a higher self? Detach
Awareness, intention, action- why are u getting a thought, what is its intention( good, bad or ugly), what action will you take from it? What do you think you will reap?
What defines positive? your vibes, your words, your actions
The influence of thoughts ( as you know, is mighty) - SOS- stand - observe - and steer in the right direction
Do actions with the faith that each person has the right to receive support, good wishes and positive feelings. The good you put out will come back to you
Do it from the core of yourself- the peaceful centre
